After dark, Pascal takes you far from the lights of the coast. You anchor in open water. You jump in. And then it happens — every kick, every stroke, every movement in the water produces a pulse of electric yellow light.

This is bioluminescent plankton — microscopic organisms that emit light when disturbed. The phenomenon is natural, unpredictable, and completely unforgettable. No two nights are the same.
